Ugly Avatar Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Ugly Avatar draws faces on your device. There is no account, no advertising, and no analytics SDK. Your faces and favorites are not uploaded to the developer.

1. What stays on this device

Faces are drawn on this device. Favorites store the seed, the time you saved it, and a PNG in the app's private storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server we operate.

2. Photos permission

Save asks Photos for permission to add pictures only, for example when you keep a face to use as a contact photo. The app does not read the rest of your library. If you deny access, generation and favorites still work; turn the permission on later in Settings if you want to save.

3. Purchases

Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase handled by Apple. This app stores only a local entitlement flag so Pro can be recognized offline. Restore uses your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.

4. What we do not collect

There is no account, no advertising, and no analytics SDK. The daily free-roll counter lives in this app's settings storage on the device. Version 1.0 does not sync favorites through iCloud.

Terms of Use

1. What the app does

The app rolls procedural faces, lets you nudge proportions, save a picture, share a card, and keep favorites. A seed recreates the same face. Results are generated for fun and are not a portrait of a real person.

2. Free tier and Pro

The free tier includes basic features and a limited number of new rolls each day. Pro is a one-time unlock for the extra feature set, motion, high-resolution export, and unlimited rolls. The price shown at purchase is the price from the App Store. Pro does not renew.

3. Faces you create

Faces you roll belong to you as pictures on your device. Do not use them to imitate a real person in a misleading way. Seeds are just numbers; sharing a seed lets someone else redraw that face.

4. Contact

For privacy, purchase, or support questions, email zhongaiyemaozi@outlook.com. If a purchase fails, check the App Store sign-in and try again, or use Restore Purchases.
