隐私政策

英语实验台在本机处理学习数据；登录 iCloud 时，进度、复习与收藏可同步到你的 iCloud 私有数据库。

1. 设备上的数据

进度、复习与收藏保存在本机，登录 iCloud 后可同步到你自己的私有数据库，开发者无法读取。未完成练习草稿仅保存在本机，偏好不参与同步。麦克风与识别数据只在设备上处理，不保存音频，不上传录音。

2. 无账号、无追踪

不需要注册账号，没有广告，也没有第三方统计 SDK。

3. 购买

StoreKit 只校验这一项 Pro 终身买断并负责恢复。

4. 控制与联系

可在设置清除学习数据；此操作会同步到自己的 iCloud 私有数据库。删除 App 会移除本机数据，iCloud 副本可由系统 iCloud 储存空间设置管理。对本政策有疑问，请在设置里写信给我们。

5. 麦克风

跟读检测需要麦克风听你朗读英文单词或短句。例如在拼读关卡中读出 ship，App 会告诉你识别到的是 ship 还是 sheep。录音只在本机实时处理，不会保存或上传。

6. 语音识别

跟读使用本机语音识别把朗读转成文字，再和目标词比对。例如读出 thought 后显示识别结果。识别只在设备上离线进行，不发到服务器，也不给发音打分。

Pro 是一项非消耗型内购，为购买所用的 Apple ID 永久解锁所列功能。不是订阅，可以恢复。

App Store 可能暂时不可用，离线功能仍可正常使用。

4. 你的责任

请合法使用。功能会随版本改进，但不会收回已购买的权益。

Privacy Policy

EnglishBench processes learning data on this device. When you are signed in to iCloud, progress, review and favorites can sync to your private iCloud database.

1. Data on your device

Progress, review and favorites are stored on this device. When you are signed in to iCloud they can sync to your own private database, which the developer cannot read. An unfinished practice draft stays on this device only, and preferences are not synced. Microphone and recognition data are processed on the device; no audio is saved or uploaded.

2. No account, no tracking

No account is required, there are no ads, and there is no third-party analytics SDK.

3. Purchase

StoreKit only verifies this one Pro lifetime purchase and handles restoring it.

4. Control and contact

You can clear learning data in Settings; the change syncs to your own private iCloud database. Deleting the app removes the data on this device, and the iCloud copy can be managed in the system iCloud storage settings. If you have questions about this policy, write to us from Settings.

5. Microphone

Read aloud needs the microphone to listen to you say an English word or short phrase. For example, if you say ship in a phonics level, the app tells you whether it recognized ship or sheep. Audio is processed live on the device and is never saved or uploaded.

6. Speech recognition

Read aloud uses on-device speech recognition to turn what you say into text and compares it with the target word. For example, after you say thought, the recognized text is shown. Recognition runs offline on the device, nothing is sent to a server, and pronunciation is not scored.

Levels and explanations are simplified teaching models and do not guarantee grades or exam results.

2. Pro lifetime

Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the listed features for the Apple ID used to buy it. It is not a subscription and can be restored.

3. Availability

The App Store may be temporarily unavailable; offline features keep working.

4. Your responsibility

Please use the app lawfully. Features improve with new versions, but purchased entitlements are never taken back.
